    Sales Executive (Diesel Generator)

    Job Brief:
    Leading diesel generator company in Africa is looking for sales executives whwill be responsible for marketing and sales of diesel  generators ranging from 15KVA t1MW.

    Responsibilities:

    • Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand dealer base across the assigned regions and customer segments
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and nurture the sales distribution network; Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
    • Develop positive working relationships with partners tbuild business. Work with channel partners thelp them exceed revenue expectations of the company month on a month basis
    • Regular partner visits and keep them engaged with promotional and branding offers.
    • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
    • Address partner related issues, sales pricing issues in a timely manner, in consultation with his manager.
    • Plan partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
    • Submit daily market visit reports and competition intelligence

    Requirements;

    • 4yrs+ experience in handling sales of Diesel Power Generators
    • Must have experience in both channel management as well as Account Management 
    • Geographical Knowledge
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Self-driven, decisive, and dogged 
    • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills

    Mechanical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
    • Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
    • Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
    • Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    • Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
    • Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
    • Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
    • Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 
    • 4yrs+ experience as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing or food and beverage sector.
    • Good understanding of TPM, GMP, System Line Performance
    • Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    ERP Functional Consultant (HRMS)

    Responsibilities:

    • Implementation and support of HRMS solutions
    • Assist with analysing, designing, testing, and deploying HRMS enhancements, reports, and regular application updates and patches
    • Train and mentor other team members
    • Test Planning, Preparation, 
    • Management of issues and risks
    • Quality management: review of key deliverables; promote consistency in solution; ensure adherence to scope; and ensure adherence to standards and procedures
    • Provide functional inputs to other streams such as Technical Upgrade, Development, Test and Deployment;

    Requirements:

    • 4yrs+ experience implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS solutions.
    • Advanced understanding of HRMS Cloud, with an understanding of integration with Oracle ERP, is an added advantage.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for both implementation projects and support services.
    • Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
    • Prior experience working in a formal project environment.
    • Proven ability to perform analysis, design, configuration, and test activities for Oracle HRMS solutions.
    • Proven ability to mentor and train others.

    Sales Promoter

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
    • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
    • Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements
    • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
    • Report on demonstration-related information interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in a related field.
    • 1 – 2 years of Proven working experience as a Sales promoter.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
    • Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
    • Female Preferably.
    • Candidate must be through with NYSC.

    Dispatch Rider

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for running errands for the company on the bike and a prompt time on delivery of assignments given

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND from a reputable institution
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatch Rider with good driving records.
    • Proximity to the highlighted location is an added advantage.
    • Salary is attractive with other benefits and bonuses
    • Preferred candidates must be between 27- 40 years old
    • Candidate must possess valid Riders License.
