    Team Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Monitoring & Evaluation Team Lead will;

    • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Foundation's Monitoring and Evaluation function, alignment with organisational strategy, programme and governance expectations.
    • Develop, implement, and periodically review an organisation-wide M&E framework, performance measurement system, and learning agenda covering all programmes and interventions.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of programme-level M&E plans, including indicators, targets, baselines, endlines, and evaluation schedules.
    • Lead or supervise baseline studies, midline reviews, endline evaluations, and impact assessments, ensuring methodological rigour and relevance.
    • Ensure timely tracking of outputs, outcomes, and impact across all programmes, with clear linkages to strategic objectives.
    • Promote the systematic use of data and evidence to inform programme adaptation, learning. and continuous improvement
    • Establish and maintain robust data collection, management, and reporting systems that ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.
    • Oversee routine data verification, validation exercises, and audits across the programme lifecycle.
    • Maintain high-quality databases and dashboards that provide a single, consolidated view of programme performance and results.
    • Lead the synthesis and analysis of programme data for internal management use, donor reporting, annual reports, and board-level updates.
    • Provide technical guidance and data-driven insights to support programme design, stakeholder engagement, capacity-building initiatives, and strategic planning.
    • Support leadership and programme teams with evidence required for decision-making, advocacy, and external engagement.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of Second-Class Upper in Social Sciences, Information Management, Education, Statistics or other related fields.
    • 8 - 10 years' experience required.

    Communications Analyst

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Communications Analyst will;

    • Support the team with the implementation of allof the Foundation’s communication strategy and plan
    • Develop communication materials to ensure brand visibility, adherence to procedures, protocols, and policies.
    • Liaise with programme point persons for media outreach activities such as drafting Op-Eds, quotes, press releases, media briefs, media pitches, multimedia content and organising media engagement activities around events.
    • Work closely with the Research Programme team in defining key issues, messaging and identifying appropriate communications channels for public policy/reforms advocacy initiatives
    • Writing, editing and distribution of approved content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, infographics, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organisation's activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media (print, broadcast, and digital).
    • Lead media pitching, press briefings, interviews, and responses to media enquiries.
    • Draft and manage press releases, media statements, op-eds, and Q&As.
    • Monitor media coverage, analyse sentiment, and prepare regular media performance reports.
    • Work with the team to ensure successful implementation of the advocacy strategy for various research work of the Foundation
    • Liaise with the team and relevant stakeholders to plan and successfully execute events, both live and virtual.
    • Support the planning and delivery of Foundation-led events, including policy roundtables, media briefings, convenings, and stakeholder engagements.
    • Assist with event logistics such as guest lists, invitations, briefing materials, programmes, and post-event documentation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Communication, Information Management, Education, Public Relations, Social Science or other related fields.
    • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

    Communications Intern

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Communications Intern will;

    Digital & Social Media:

    • Draft social media captions and basic content for the Foundation's platforms, including lnstagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Linked In, and YouTube.
    • Support content planning by contributing ideas aligned with the Foundation's programmes and activities.
    • Assist in monitoring social media performance and preparing media analysis and reports.

    Website & Blog

    • Support regular updates to the Foundation's website, including programme updates, news, and announcements.
    • Assist in drafting and editing blog posts, features, and short articles that highlight the Foundation's work, partnerships, and impact.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content for the website and blog.
    • Ensure website and blog content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.

    Internal Newsletter

    • Create a content and publication schedule for internal newsletters.
    • Liaise with staff to generate content for the newsletter
    • Assist in the development and dissemination of the newsletter.

    External Newsletter

    • Collate monthly updates, events, and key information from for inclusion in external newsletters.

    Administrative & Team Support

    • Draft internal memos, including fund request memos, as required.
    • Collate, update, and upload all Communications documents on OneDrive for easy team access
    • Set up internal meetings and follow up on action points.
    • Track and follow up on incomplete tasks related to Communications deliverables.
    • Actively participate in task implementation and gain working knowledge of team processes to support continuity when required.
    • Provide general support to the Communications Team as needed.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Communication, Information Management, Education, Public Relations, Social Sciences or other related fields.

    Information Technology and Admin Intern

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The IT and Admin Intern will;

    • Assist in the operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
    • Provide first-level technical support to staff and escalate unresolved issues as required.
    • Support system monitoring, security, and compliance activities.
    • Maintain IT documentation, system records, and IT inventory.
    • Support data entry, system updates, and basic reporting.
    • Assist with onboarding and basic training of staff on systems and digital tools.
    • Provide administrative support including documentation, record keeping, scheduling, and coordination.
    • Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.

    Qualifications & Experience
