    Sales / Marketing Executive

    Responsibilties
    Marketing & Sales:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
    • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
    • Promote the company’s security solutions, including manned guarding, event security, executive protection, surveillance, and consultancy services.
    • Identify and pursue new market segments, partnership opportunities, and business channels.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, trends, and client preferences.
    • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
    • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Sales targets:

    • Create promotional materials (flyers, social media content, brochures) to support sales efforts.

    Client Relations & Support:

    • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and site visits to pitch solutions.
    • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy storage systems.
    • Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and present quotations.
    • Follow up with client’s post-installation to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.

    Business Development Executive

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, presentations, and consultative engagement.
    • Conduct site surveys and security needs assessments for potential clients.
    • Develop customized security proposals, quotations, and bid submissions in collaboration with the operations team.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to inform sales strategy.
    • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM and generate periodic reports on performance and pipeline.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

    Operational Support:

    • Collaborate closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and implemented.
    • Participate in mobilization and onboarding of new contracts to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
    • Assist in the coordination of site logistics, deployment planning, and client briefings.
    • Ensure alignment between business premises and service execution, maintaining Westminster Security’s high standards.

    Requirements

    •  Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Westminster Security. This includes accurate financial reporting, budget control, billing and invoicing of private and corporate clients, payroll processing for field and administrative staff, tax compliance, and ensuring the financial health of the organization
