    Rigger

    Job Summary

    • This role specialize in the use of manual mechanical devices, and assemble and install antenna.
    • Riggers are responsible for installations, climbing/rigging of mast/towers, installation, aligning and anchoring the machinery, attaching loads, controlling the movement of heavy equipment, and ensuring the rigging is safe.
    • Also assist in ensuring the quick resolution of escalated faults from service management to avoid downtime and ensure that customer’s links are up and running at all times.

    Duties

    • Acting as installer on all approved links installation for new projects.
    • Professional Rigging with good and protected link installation.
    • Ensure that site survey are conducted accurately to aid quality installation
    • Ensure that all escalated faulty calls are fixed within target SLA for resolution.
    • Ensure clients fault calls are attended to within SLA time frame.
    • Ensures quality functionality of all installed links at client’s site before hand over.
    • Reduce/eliminate repeat call on all worked on installation.
    • installation to avoid damage and downtime.
    • Ensure safety in rigging activities and equipment protection during installation.
    • Assist in carrying out quarterly routine maintenance at the PoP.
    • Ensures proper documentation of all installed links, resolved faults for documentation and reference purpose.
    • Ensure job completion forms are properly signed off with clients before leaving clients site.

    Requirements

    • 1year Rigging experience in a Telecommunication industry
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • High sense of professionalism
    • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

    • The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
    • This role involves managing a team and collaborating with various departments to provide valuable insights into the organization's financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Reporting:

    • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures.

    Analysis and Interpretation:

    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights to management.
    • Collaborate with business units to understand key drivers and variances in financial performance.

    Internal and External Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including accounting, treasury, and executive teams, to gather information and ensure accurate reporting.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address inquiries.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
    • Implement best practices in financial reporting and stay informed about changes in accounting standards.

    Financial Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and communicate their impact on the organization.

    Ad Hoc Reporting and Projects:

    • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from management and assist in special projects as needed.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting tools and capabilities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field.
    • ICAN or relevant professional qualification preferred.
    • Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
