    Brand and Communications Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Development and Execution of brand strategies that aligns with organization’s mission and values.
    • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases etc.
    • Creating communication tactics for new projects, events, and initiatives.
    • Develop communication campaigns that raise awareness and promote organization work.
    • Managing and overseeing the creation of marketing and communications deliverables.
    • Establish internal communications processes of each project.
    • Creating and maintaining connections and working with different internal stakeholders to develop and execute communications strategies.
    • Identify, cultivate and nature partnerships and collaboration with other organizations, media outlets to promote the organization’s mission and engage stakeholders.
    • Manage and update the organization’s website, ensuring it reflects current activities and News.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation or any other related field.
    • 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Experienced in communication, public relations or partnership development with track record of success.
    • Proficiency in communication tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office and Social media management platforms.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages and materials.
    • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and stay organized.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative communication and partnership strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • To prepare and maintain accurate financial records/reports, reconcile bank statements, monitor budget and expenditure to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards and assist in the preparation of proposals and budgets.
    • Responsible for preparing financial reports for funders based on grant agreement requirements and submit to the Director.
    • Monitor payment of salaries, vendor receipts and ensure all deductions are accurate, paid and reconciled.
    • Prepare all financial information for audit, liaise with auditors and supervise annual audit.
    • Ensure that all transactions are well documented, and documentations are well filed.
    • Negotiate contracts and lease agreements related to office functions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Excellent verbal and interactive communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Proficiency in accounting applications

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Team as trainers for our upcoming training programs in Network and Security.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver training modules in Networking & Security Course Content Includes:
      • History of Networking
      • Network protocols and Architecture
      • Data communication and Data services
      • Networking devices, tools, cabling and end devices
      • Networking devices, tools, cabling and end devices II
      • Routing and Subnetting
      • Access control and Security
      • Introduction to SoHo and Enterprise Network
    • Create engaging and interactive learning materials and resources.
    • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops and practical exercises.
    • Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the training program.
    • Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience and expertise in Network and Security.
    • Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and software related to the respective fields.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

    Partnerships Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Research and Identify funding opportunities in United Way Greater Nigeria’s key focus areas.
    • Prepare, develop and present resource mobilization proposal to targeted donors and partners.
    • Expand the organization's reach at events, conferences and meetings by fostering relationships with existing and potential donors, sponsors and partners for collaboration.
    • Develop partnership KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support projects in all phases of the partnering process: partnership exploration, proposal writing, negotiation etc
    • Provide strategic assistance to Program Manager, in developing strategies and processes, as well as initiating and enhancing partnership with stakeholders.
    • Review and provide feedback on all partner's reports.
    • The duties and responsibilities set above are not exhaustive; other tasks related to the skills may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.A in relevant fields with 5 years work experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in NGO management and community relations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrate management and leadership abilities.
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
