    Our client a Tech company is looking to fill the role of an Academic Coordinator who will Maintain optimum Academic and systems health at the branch.

    Job Descriptions:

    • Responsible for effective curriculum delivery, and the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks.

    • The key role in the development of a positive work environment must be innovative and responsive to student needs

    Job Objective

    • Strengthen workforce relationship/partnership within the organization, with the primary responsibility for driving and delivering strategic/operational HR solutions and support towards the achievement of business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
    • Provide support temployees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

    Requirements

    • Relevant certification from a reputable professional institution e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM.

    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
    • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Strong analysis with excel is required)
