    Project Executive

    Job Summary:

    The Project Executive (Events) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. This role involves coordinating vendors and resources, managing event timelines, and ensuring seamless execution to deliver successful and impactful events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
    • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
    • Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

    Requirements:

    Senior Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in banking sales, particularly in microfinance or commercial banking, with a focus on loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires leadership, in-depth banking sales expertise, and a results-oriented approach to business development, especially in loan products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the banking sector, ensuring revenue growth.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and achieve targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
