    Job Summary

    As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining operational excellence, and addressing guest needs with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and guide floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional service.

    Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a hospitality setting.

    • Provide security coverage throughout the hotel, including monitoring sensitive areas and responding to incidents promptly.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, blending seamlessly with the hotel environment.
