    Senior Accountant (Procurement Financing)

    Job Summary

    Ensures quality and timely delivery of cocoa beans while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • onboard customers
    • New customers after proper kyc and documentation is done .
    • fund customers for product after proper evaluation and consideration
    • manage cycle time /delivery period of customers to ensure the funds given out are used to deliver goods within 10days .
    • given Directive to the head of field operations on recovery of funds/supply good
    • give daily summary of funding and procurement account
    • ensure prices of supplies supplied by the customer is worked immediately reports is out from the warehouse and communicated to the supplier promply.
    • negotiate prices with suppliers based on the benchmark given by the CFO/MD
    • manage recovery cycle based on payment batches
    • manage the jute account along with the procurement plan
    • ensure you set up a pricing strategy to negotiate with suppliers while involving the field officers
    • training of field officers on best practices with suppliers and recovery .

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
    • Proven minimum of six years’ experience as an account officer
    • ICAN certification is an added advantage

    Admin Officer/Receptionist

    Job Summary

    Provide support to Employees, Visitors and clients in the office and typically work to ensure the office operations work efficiently. Ensuring every employee has what they need to do their job.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Performing administrative & maintenance duties within an organization.
    • Perform, document and communicate routine inspection and maintenance activities.
    • Supervise administrative support staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
    • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
    • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for office management.
    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
    • Create and update visitors’ records.
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
    • Submit timely reports on assigned tasks.
    • Any other responsibility assigned.
