    Lead ICSS Engineer M/F

    Job description

    Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas

    • production,unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market, SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity on AKPO project in Nigeria.
    • In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are

    looking for a Lead ICSS Engineer H/F.
    This position is on RESIDENT mode, located in LAGOS, in the Client Office, with some Offshore missions. 

    This role involves:

    • Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of ICSS, SII networks and Package systems, (but could include Metering and Instrumentation, if acting during absence of Head of Instrumentation and ICSS), including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques, and the procedures.
      Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors, preparation and validation of fiscal metering calibration and periodic validation according to government regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
    • Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
    • Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability and availability objectives.
      Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the ICSS Spare Parts under delegation from Hierarchy
    • Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work reports, data trending, spare parts consumption).
    • Responsible to control and ensure the data captured in UNISUP are accurate; perform their analysis and propose optimisation plans.
    • Ensure proper management of the equipment support means including documentations, tooling, softwares, etc.
    • Provide, monitor and follow-up technical expertise in view of timely and efficiently address the failures and losses of performance of equipment.
    • Analyse the equipment performances, perform technical studies, provide technical support on any technical queries, make proposals for improvement and optimization.

    Profile

    We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

    • Perform modification studies as required. Coordinate planning & implementation of minor and major upgrades
    • Supervise the implementation of approved SMR and ensure logical conclusions of all modifications related to ICSS
    • Responsible for the mobilisation, the coordination, the logistic arrangements, of the external resources (vendors, contractors, means, etc…) required for the operations in own field of competence. Includes initiation of call off, or service order, definition of scope of work, work performance follow-up, control/acceptance of deliverables, and any other duty until satisfactory completion of the required service.
    • Contribute to the technical administration of Contracts (MTMC, ICSS SMC, other ad-hoc services etc…), control performance, and follow-up call-offs as required.
    • Issue FITA (Failure Investigations and Technical Analysis) reports and REX+ Return of experience related to equipment within the Field of Competence.

    Lead Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer M/F

    Job description

    • Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market, SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for an Lead Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer to assist the Technical section

    Responsabilities : 

    • Updates of the Maintenance Plans: may involve procedures drafting, drawings issuance, studies performance, spare parts identification reviews, tools reviews, documentation filing, binding, or data capture in computerized systems.
    • Supports the FPSO operational teams as requested in areas of own specialty, including drafting working procedures, maintenance programs, and providing associated logistic support.
    • Develops maintenance methods tools in own area of competence, analyses the works and practices, and suggests ways of optimization.
      Performs technical studies in his field of competence in view of improving performance or upgrading the facilities.
    • Follows-up the technical problems raised, follows-up the technical and contractual files, as instructed, follows up the warranty claims and the implementation of the corrective actions.
    • Performs equipment performance analysis; develop and put in place enhanced condition monitoring programs.
    • Follows-up the day-to-day activities of the offshore teams; remains available to provide them the assistance and support as needed.
    • Pays regular visits to the offshore site and participates to the jobs as required; may be involved in operational works including major shutdowns. May be incorporated into maintenance working shifts, as required during major operations.
    • Aids and logistic support as required for the provision of resources: vendors, additional manpower, services, tools, spare parts, consumables, and other materials. Coordinates with CPLO the transfer offshore of these resources.
    • Coordinates as required the repairs required to be subcontracted outside.
      Attends materials repairs or inspection in the LADOL base or in contractor’s facilities.
    • Coordinates, according to the instructions received from hierarchy, his activities with the MTMC (Maintenance and Technical Methods Contractor) method and planning engineers based in Lagos.
    • Follows-up into UNISUP, the computerized maintenance management system, the registration of the works, of the consumed materials, of the services...
    • Follows-up the spare parts and consumables consumption, report anomalies and initiate suitable action to prevent shortage, optimize the stock
    • Reviews the requests for materials, defines the technical specifications for purchase.
    • Supervises receipt of materials on a technical point of view when required and visit the warehouse for material inspection.
      Controls the condition of materials in warehouses, act for improvement as needed.
    • Maintains and updates the technical documentation
      Performs periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.

    Profile

    The holder of this position must have :

    • Engineer University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • knowledge of TOTALENERGIES Process
    • Knowledge in Turbo machineries
