    Commercial Coordinator (Bid & Tender)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Bid & Tendering

    • Assists in the preparation of bids and ensures conformity to tender requirements.
    • Maintains conformed copies of tender documentation within organizational responsibility.

    Sales Order Management

    • Prepares and processes sales orders and submits for invoicing within 48hours of project(s) demobilization or 48hours of month end for recurring projects and that the information is correct and accurate.
    • Collection and Issuance of Mobilization & Demobilization notices Sales Order Queries Resolution
    • Collation of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)

    Project Management

    • Assists in monitoring and ensuring that each project is carried out in line with the defined scope.
    • Assists in developing a schedule for project mobilization and completion that effectively allocates the required resources to the activities.
    • Review project plans to ensure performance is measured against plans.

    Quotes & Tender

    • Respond to the needs of the customer in an official request for proposal (RFP). Analyzes the potential benefits and drawbacks of each bid. Responds within 24 to 48 hours to all requests for quotes (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP) inquiries.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
    • He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about the marketplace.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
    • Keep prospective client database updated
    • Make cold calls for new business leads
    • Support in writing new business proposals
    • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
    • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.

    Competencies and Skills Required

    • First degree in Engineering and/or Business degree, significant or equivalent Industry experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • ·3-5 years of significant experience in Business Development and Sales in Oil & Gas industry

    Legal and Compliance Administrator

    Job Overview:

    • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's legal and compliance strategy, managing legal and regulatory risks, and ensuring that the company is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
    • Previous experience in the Oil and Gas /Energy industry is a must
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
