    Business Transformation and Innovation Senior Analyst

    Job Purpose

    • The Business Transformation and Innovation Senior Analyst supports enterprise transformation and innovation initiatives through structured analysis, governance support, and performance insights.
    • The role focuses on opportunity delivery, instituting governance for transformation and innovation initiatives, supporting change and adoption efforts, and generating data driven insights to inform decision making.
    • Working with ideators, project teams, executive management, and key stakeholders, the Senior Analyst ensures opportunities are well governed, outcomes are measurable, and value is realized in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the evaluation, planning and execution of transformation and innovation opportunities across the organization.
    • Monitor adherence to transformation methodologies, governance standards, and agreed ways of working.
    • Develop business cases, cost benefit analysis, and impact assessments for proposed transformation and innovation opportunities.
    • Support experimentation and pilot initiatives for new products, services, or business models by gathering data and tracking outcomes.
    • Support stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and innovation gaps.
    • Assist in the design and documentation of future-state processes, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
    • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues in a timely and structured manner.
    • Assist in change management activities including communications, training needs analysis, and adoption tracking.
    • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform innovation and transformation efforts.
    • Support the development of training materials and learning interventions related to new processes, systems, or ways of working.
    • Maintain transformation and innovation knowledge repositories, playbooks, and reference materials.

    Qualification

    • First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines
    • Master’s Degree or Professional Certification (e.g. ACCA, CFA, PMP) will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, consulting, business development or related fields

    Lead, Legal Services (Contract Management)

    Job Purpose

    • The Lead, Legal Services (Contract Management) is responsible for leading the contract management function by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial and operational contracts to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth amongst others

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal advice on contractual risks, obligations, and mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure contracts align with company policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
    • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams on contract-related matters.
    • Support commercial negotiations by providing legal input and risk assessment.
    • Act as key legal contact for external vendors, distributors, and business partners.
    • Identify contractual risks and recommend controls to minimize exposure.
    • Implement and manage contract lifecycle processes (creation, execution, renewal, termination).
    • Handle contract disputes, claims, and renegotiations and Liaise with external counsel where litigation or arbitration is required.
    • Drive continuous improvement in contract management systems and processes.

    Qualification

    • First Degree in Law or international equivalent; LL.M or Post graduate degree in Law; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – an advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate legal practice with at least 3 years at a supervisory level focused on contract management is required.

    Job Purpose

    • The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth by managing and optimizing the company’s e-commerce channels, marketplace partnerships, and digital customer experience, ensuring strong brand visibility, conversion performance, and revenue growth for RFL products across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage company-owned online store and brand storefronts on marketplaces
    • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
    • Ensure accurate product content, images, descriptions, and stock availability online.
    • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and basket size.
    • Plan and manage online promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activations.
    • Manage relationships with online retailers, aggregators, and delivery partners.
    • Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and promotional placements.
    • Track key e-commerce KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, order fulfillment time, and customer ratings.

    Qualification

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or other relevant discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms in a similar FMCG company is required.

    • E-commerce platform management (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
    • Marketplace operations and digital merchandising.
    • Digital marketing and performance advertising basics.
