    CLM Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

    Job Description

    • The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CLM framework.
    • The successful candidate will lead the Foundation’s efforts in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic program audits, and generating high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • This role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve program efficiency and accountability.

    Educational Background:

    • Possession of a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

    Professional Experience:

    • Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or the implementation of community-based programs within the nonprofit or development sector.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox or ODK) and a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.

    Core Competencies:

    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills for community engagement, and a steadfast commitment to data confidentiality and integrity.

    Data Collector

    Job Description

    • The Data Collector will serve as a primary field-level operative responsible for the systematic gathering of information from designated communities and project sites.
    • This role involves conducting surveys, interviews, and observations while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and ethical compliance.
    • The Data Collector is expected to utilize digital tools to record and transmit data, serving as a vital link between community realities and the Foundation’s analytical teams.
