Job Description

• Ensures all regulatory aspects concerning protection of the environment and marine security are adhered to during transfer operations
• Ensures that line up of the pipelines (onshore/offshore) are complete and adequate (LOTO where required)
• Completes ISGOTT SSCL with ship master/chief officer prior to commencement of all cargo operations
• Leads the team by example in matters of health, safety, security and environment
• Ensures all relevant cargo transfer documentations(received) and reports (completed) after each custody transfer
• Chairs pre-berthing meetings amongst importers, agents, surveyors and tank farms to ascertain readiness of tanker (financially, q&q, laycan, ullage requirements, regulatory, etc) to take berth at the CBM/SPM

Job Description

• Assist during mooring operations and pre-discharge conference
• Interface with maintenance to report malfunctioning equipment
• Maintains constant deck watch
• Responsible for housekeeping in the working area
• Lead by example in HSSE matters
• Monitor environmental conditions and alert mooring master (MM)
• Examines equipment failure and report to mooring master
• Alerts mooring master on change of conditions during tanker berthing
• Reports defects and malfunctions to marine terminal manger
• Assist in hose connection and disconnection
• Respond to emergencies during operations.

Job Description

• Create procedural manuals for routine maintenance
• Estimate costs of labor and parts for maintenance activities
• Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
• Assist and support Asset Coordinator.
• Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
• Maintain records and files essential to maintenance reports
• Ensure safety is observed during all maintenance activities
• Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Workshop technician to rebuild spare parts and equipment through procurement.
• Report incidents, unsafe acts and conditions and near misses timely.
