    Database Administrator

    Position to report: HEAD HR BUS. SYSTEMS & PROCESSES Present

    Support all existing HR applications. Fix bugs, provide enhancements and modifications when needed.

    Application Development

    • Carry out analysis and design of identified process for automation.
    • Write codes to automate processes.
    • Design and develop database objects, including but not limited to tables, stored procedures, views, functions, queries.
    • Participate in testing of new and existing software modules.
    • Design procedures to ensure availability of the HR Database at all times.

    HR Reports

    • Manage the census process. Prepare initial data, liaise with HR Advisers and entity heads to provide updates.
    • Upload final data to web census and provide census reports to HR Management.
    • A university degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
    • Very good practical knowledge of Visual Studio.NET and the .NET Framework.
    • Strong background in Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL.
    • Strong background of Crystal Report development and integration into ASP.NET.
    • Good knowledge of VB.NET or C#.NET, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript frameworks.

    Flight Dispatcher

    SERVICE DIMENSIONS

    All Helicopter flights from/to Lagos or from/to NAF base;

    The Incumbent is also expected to take and follow direct instructions from the Aviation Advisor as regards the executive jet operations

    #ACTIVITIES:

    • Dispatches all Deepwater helicopter in Port Harcourt observing all safety procedures and regulations;
    • Liaises closely with the helicopter contractor personnel and offshore / onshore sites (Radio rooms operators and Air Logistics Supervisors);
    • Monitors all helicopter operations and immediately report all safety observations (anomalies) to the NAF Base Coordinator, or Air Logistics Supervisor or to the Head of DW Logistics Operations, Aviation Advisor and HSE;
    • Coordinates checking-in of all the DWD passengers travelling by helicopters, controls the validity of their IDs, offshore certificates (BOSIET, HUET, BST, SAS, CA-EBS and medical fitness certificates).
    • Ensures that all passengers watch the safety video briefing;

    • Basic knowledge in helicopter mechanics and flight performance;
    • Holder of valid HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) license

    Base Logistics Superintendent

    Requirements

    • Holder coordinates the Logistics operations at the LADOL Base (Quayside, vessels scheduling)
    • Management of Contractor Logistics personnel (approx 10 persons)
    • Planning and coordination of vessels movement (approx 100 movements per year) with field locations
    • Assurance of accurate manifests and cargo register for accounting purposes

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Logistics, marine roles
    • Qualification : HND/Degree in Management Sciences/Engineering/Sciences
    • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications package (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP (MM, PM, RLM);
    • Good knowledge of the various international standard reference documents: i.e. – IMDG code, CAP437, LOLER, etc.; • Dangerous goods by air and sea awareness (including radioactive sources);
    • Understanding of crane operations and limitations (including Lifting Management System);

    Offshore Logistics Coordinator

    Details

    • Under the supervision of the Marine Operations Manager (MOM) on the FPSO organizes and coordinates the Marine and Helicopter Logistics activities on site in close coordination with various entities and the Head of Logistics Operations Deepwater, in compliance with budgets and in full respect of the Group’s policies and regulations on Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality;
    • Oversees the day-to-day logistics operations and assists the MOM with administration and management of the logistics contracts;

    #QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in a similar capacity;
    • Fully conversant with relevant legislation, Company Rules (Referential) and best practises;
    • High level of organisational and planning skills;
    • Understanding of crane operations and limitations (including Lifting Management System);
    • Understanding of crew boat (surfer) operations and limitations.
    • Possession of BOSIET will be an added advantage

    Manitowoc Mechanic

    Roles

    • To carry out diagnostic test and mechanical repair/routine maintenance of vehicles, equipment and assets of the company. 
    • Carry out scheduled routine/preventive maintenance of equipment/assets either at the base site locations 
    • Perform diagnostic tests and determine a course of action for damaged parts and systems. 
    •  Identify & request for spares needed for all such maintenance job 
    • Repair defective or damaged company equipment/assets  
    • Test repaired vehicles or equipment to ascertain performance before discharging same 
    • Act to ensure hand tools are fit for purpose before use. 
    • Report/advise the workshop management of any main assembly or component part that is showing signs of imminent failure 
    • Maintain good housekeeping – clean environment, clean and securely keep work tools before leaving office 
    • Attend tool box talk and monthly QHSE meetings. 
    • Act to ensure 100% compliance with QHSE strategic objectives & PPE. 
    • Carry out routine medical fitness test in line with Company policy. 
    • Report unsafe act and condition as well as near miss       
    • Keep record of maintenance schedule  
    •  Perform any other job as may be assigned.
