    Front Desk Assistant

    Job Description:

    This is a full-time on-site role. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, receptionist duties, answering phone calls, maintaining the office and communicating effectively with team members

    Key Responsibilities:·

    • Welcome visitors, clients, customers, or regulatory representatives and provide a positive first impression. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information about the company and our products.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues and attending to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution
    • Timely receipt, sorting and distribution of mail/deliveries (incoming /& outgoing). 
    • Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of meetings
    • Maintain office security by implementing safety procedures and access points at the reception area; Monitor and review the security logbook.
    • Provide administrative support to co- employees as at when needed.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Description:

    You will work on-site to manage the cost of projects by ensuring that costs are kept within the budget, by using cost-effective methods while still meeting all quality and safety requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing cost estimates, and planning and reviewing cost reports throughout the project cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving measures.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, tracking costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders.
    • Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, ensuring that both parties adhere to contractual obligations. Handle variations and claims, resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner.
    • Value Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for value engineering, proposing cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
    • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to cost and provide strategies for risk mitigation. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
    • Cost Monitoring: Monitor project costs against budget, identifying and addressing any deviations. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate costs.

    Qualifications:

    • Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management skills.
    • Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
    • Cost Reporting skills
    • Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or related field is a plus
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
