Senior Finance Analyst at OnePyramid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units.
• Analyze financial performance versus targets, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate trade spend, product mix, and promotional ROI.
• Provide actionable insights on pricing strategy, margin optimization, and channel profitability.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Deliver insights on key KPIs: volume growth, revenue, margin, working capital, and cost efficiencies.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial planning and reporting processes.
• Implement best practices for financial control, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA) strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry (consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing).
