    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Should have basic CNG knowledge and willingness to learn. 
    • Must aligned with current CNG trends and understand the market dynamics.
    • Make visit plans for the week and looking up for prospective clients. 
    • Make regular visits & make follow-up calls to clients. 
    • Reports to be maintained on a weekly basis. 
    • Should be able to build strong business rapport with the decision maker (procurement, admin or whomsoever concerned for the business). 
    • Should be ready to work closely with the cross functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. 
    • Should be able to do market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. 
    • Should be well versed with Lagos locations and willing to travel within the city. 
    • Should be able to initiate the sales cycle and be involved in the follow ups in different stages with the clients. 
    • Should be able to follow up with government officials for relative documentation work from  time to time with respect to the business objectives. 
    • Proficiency in MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports. 
    • Data consolidation and file work. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5years of experience in Business Development or Sales
    • Prior experience in Oil and Gas, Solar Energy, Power Generation or CNG industry is vital.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to design and make PowerPoint presentations.
    • Preferably a female

    International Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide thorough and accurate documentation of procurement processes.
    • Ensure procurement records are updated and maintained.
    • Ensure that procurement processes are executed with the highest standards of business integrity and in compliance with international rules and regulations. 
    • Support management, reporting, and oversight of real or potential conflicts of interest.
    • Establish key lead times for international procurements to be communicated to staff for planning purposes.
    • Maintain an international vendor database with extensive vendor information, including but not limited to: vendor address and contact information, vendor principal information, physical location verification, etc.
    • Closely track international vendor performance and develop a list of disallowed vendors based on prior organizational history and client experience.
    • Undertake contract management processes for all contracts and orders placed.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Purchasing and supply or other related field
    • 5 years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain
    • Must be able to use Navision and MS Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
    • Should have Good Oral & Written Communication.
    • Preferably a female

    Local Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per agreed purchase, delivery note, and agreed quantity have been received.
    • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
    • Prepare LPOs promptly to the vendor along with the delivery schedule
    • Always confirm the specific required material before purchase
    • Support the Purchase Manager in developing a robust procurement and vendor management system to support the strategic objectives of the Organization.
    • Device and deploy useful sourcing strategies for the Organization.
    • Evaluate suppliers, conduct interviews with vendors, negotiate supplier agreements, and manage supplier and vendor contracts
    • Monitor company purchases, deliveries, and expenditures to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
    • Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve procurement activities.
    • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls, and processes.
    • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
    • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field.
    • Must be organized and punctual.
    • Must be conversant with Microsoft Dynamic NAV ERP 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Well-presented and professional.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Preferably a female
