    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for our financial products, particularly in savings and stock-related segments.
    • Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation through execution and analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver product requirements and drive product enhancements.

    Qualification

    Financial Products Operations Manager

    We’re looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager  with a passion for optimizing product performance and a keen understanding of the savings and stock markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive user growth and engagement for our financial products through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct in-depth user analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product optimization and customer satisfaction improvement.

    Business Intelligence Analyst (Agent Banking Department)

    As a Business Intelligence Analyst in the Agent Banking Department, you will play a critical role in analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the performance of our agent banking operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business intelligence tools, and experience in the financial services or banking industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to agent banking operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product Management, to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements, service enhancements, and revenue optimization.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of agent network performance, transactional data, customer segmentation, and channel effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying data quality issues and working closely with IT and Operations teams to address them.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and the financial services domain.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database concepts.
    • Familiarity with data manipulation languages and statistical analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Understanding of agent banking operations, financial services, and relevant industry trends is a plus.
