    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are searching for a Marketing Executive with a knack for communicating and a flair for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns.
    • Marketing executives are required to create marketing, branding, and advertising plans while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the company’s goals.
    • The ideal candidate will be equipped with a relevant qualification and extensive experience in a wide range of Marketing functions such as digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media.
    • To ensure success as a Marketing Officer you must be an organized person who is able to withstand the pressures of handling various tasks at the same time and meeting deadlines.
    • The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker.
    • They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
    • They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
    • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
    • Develop the content of marketing campaigns
    • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
    • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
    • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
    • Conducting promotional activities.
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
    • Maintaining a marketing database.
    • Understanding company product and brand.
    • Organizing market research.
    • Create branded advertising campaigns
    • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
    • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills:
    • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
    • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

    Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

    Job Description

    • The primary objective of this position is to create awareness, increase sales, grow customer base and develop marketing strategies for the Finance House.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Achieving established target goals.
    • Sourcing for potential customers.
    • Opening and managing accounts for customers.
    • Obtain necessary documents on all financial products sold.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
    • Participate in marketing campaigns.
    • Identify customers that meet the company’s risk acceptance criteria.
    • Identify and assess the needs of existing and prospective customers.
    • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls.
    • Sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
    • Cross sell new products and services to existing customers.
    • Maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Follow-up with other employees of the Company to ensure customer’s transactions are timely processed, and any challenges or customer complaints are timely resolved.
    • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, and/or related fields.
    • 1 - 2 years working experience.
    • Sales experience will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Good communication skills and customer care management.
    • Ability to work in a multicultural  environment.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N75,000 monthly
