    Internal Auditor

    Job Description

    • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
    • Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
    • Manage resources and audit assignments.
    • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
    • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
    • Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
    • Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
    • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
    • Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
    • Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in internal auditing, financial accounting or financial management (essential)
    • Four(4) years of work experience in an internal audit environment
    • Two(2) years of fraud auditing experience.
    • Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
    • Exceptional accounting skills.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
    • Preferable Big 4 work experience.

    • Manage the digital products that will drive stability of our ecommerce capabilities as we grow as an organisation.
    • Work cross-functionally & closely with our demand and leadership teams
    • Work in an agile environment where you will collaborate with a squad of highly skilled tech team to ideate, prototype, iterate and ensure a deep understanding and prioritising of retailers, and internal acquisition and retention team needs.
    • Act as a Product Owner, maintaining the product backlog, create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Engineering & Data, alongside facilitating refinement and planning sessions.
    • Ensure pre and post-launch communications are targeted to the right end users and contain key messages which are easily understood.

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc/Tech/BA in Business/Computer Science/Information Systems

    • 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, particularly in ecommerce

    • Experience in e-commerce as a seller or product manager

    • Experience in developing products alongside moving parts.

    • Basic SQL knowledge or data self-sufficiency for carrying out day to day jobs

    Senior Product Manager

    Job Description

    The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products rich for ecommerce solution to smoothen the ordering experience for our retailers.

    • You will drive our product strategy and vision by leading a talented squad of engineers working with designers and BI team to create a delightful and flexible ordering experience to maintain the trust of our customers every day 
    • You will own the day to day of the order management system and the retailers’ apps 
    • You will execute a product roadmap through close collaboration with senior business leadership and engineering teams. 
    • You will maintain together with the team the API based Service responsible for our store listing – back end and the customer facing apps. 
    • Be the users' advocate, identify and translate customer and business needs into clear, well-defined technical 
    • Partner with Product Owners across Omnibiz to communicate, manage and lead  initiatives. 
    • Manage a set of globally distributed stakeholders. 

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years' work experience, with proven track record in product management, related experience with a focus on software, or in a high scale and international environment. impacting high volume of users across a portfolio of products 
    • Experience in working with Order management systems in ecommerce is beneficial 
    • Demonstrated ownership over a product in a previous role, including responsibilities for backlog prioritization, goal setting and go to market strategy setting. 
    • Understands complex topics and summarizes them in a simple way for others. 
    • Data-driven mindset in problem solving 
    • Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions 
    • Persuasive and Proactive Communication Skills, interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
