    Aviation Business Manager (Oil and Gas Downstream)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the aviation fuel terminal or depot, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient delivery of aviation fuel to aircraft. 
    • The role involves managing fueling operations, coordinating with airline clients, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance, supervising ground staff, and driving sales performance.
    • Manage day-to-day operations at the aviation terminal or depot, ensuring timely and efficient fueling of aircraft.
    • Supervise and coordinate fueling teams, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and aviation regulations.
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, quality control, and dispatch of aviation fuel, maintaining strict compliance with industry standards (e.g., JIG, IATA).
    • Manage relationships with airline operators, ground handling companies, and airport authorities to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor fuel inventory levels, consumption patterns, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess holding.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all fueling transactions and timely billing/invoicing to clients.
    • Drive sales growth by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the aviation sector.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., NCAA, NMDPRA), and internal operating procedures.
    • Report operational, financial, and safety performance to management regularly.
    • Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in aviation fuel handling, depot operations, or downstream petroleum sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Strong understanding of aviation fuel systems, quality control procedures, and airport safety protocols.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including JIG standards, NCAA,FAA, ICAO).
    • Other relevant authorities.

    Vessel Technical Superintendent (Expatriate)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical management of assigned vessels. This includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, statutory and classification surveys, and ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies. 
    • The role plays a critical part in maintaining seaworthiness vessel, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational excellence across the fleet.
    • Provide day-to-day technical support to assigned vessels to ensure continuous safe and efficient operations.
    • Monitor and ensure vessels' compliance with all flag state, class, IMO, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and refits within budget and schedule.
    • Coordinate and manage third-party contractors, service engineers, and shipyards.
    • Monitor vessel performance data and implement technical improvements or corrective measures where necessary.
    • Review and control vessel budgets, technical expenses, and procurement of spares and services.
    • Conduct regular onboard inspections and audits to assess vessel condition and crew adherence to safety and maintenance procedures.
    • Maintain updated technical documentation, certification records, and maintenance logs.
    • Assist in incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Liaise closely with the crew, fleet operations, HSSEQ team, and external stakeholders to ensure vessel readiness and compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Logistics, or related discipline.
    • Relevant certifications, such as STCW, ISM/ISPS compliance, and OPITO-approved training.
    • Strong knowledge of oil and gas marine logistics, including vessel types (e.g., PSVs, AHTS, FPSOs).
    • Familiarity with Nigerian maritime laws and offshore operations in the Gulf of Guinea.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in vessel technical management, with at least 2 years in a superintendent or equivalent shore-based role.
    • Experience with dry-docking, repair planning, and project supervision.
    • Familiarity with ISM Code, Class Rules, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other maritime regulations.

    Head, Treasury and Investment Management

    Job Description

    • Responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the Group’s treasury operations, liquidity management, and investment activities. 
    • This role ensures effective management of cash flow, funding, banking relationships, and investment portfolios to optimize returns, minimize financial risk, and support the Group’s overall financial objectives. 
    • The position requires a strong grasp of financial markets, capital planning, asset-liability management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop and implement treasury and investment strategies aligned with the Group’s financial goals and risk appetite.
    • Oversee the management of the Group’s liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital requirements.
    • Lead the structuring and execution of short- and long-term funding arrangements, including debt issuance and capital raising activities.
    • Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions to ensure optimal terms and access to capital markets.
    • Direct the analysis, selection, and monitoring of investment opportunities across asset classes, ensuring adequate return on investment and adherence to policy.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and governance standards. Provide periodic reports and strategic insights to the executive team and Board on treasury and investment performance, risks, and opportunities.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing treasury and investment team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant experience in treasury, investment management, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a bank or financial services firm.
    • Relevant Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ACT, or ICAN are highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, and corporate funding strategies.
    • Strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
