    Our client, a reputable group of companies with diverse investments in Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Telecommunications is urgently seeking to hire Operations Managers in Abuja.

    Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or the Humanities. A post-graduate degree would be an added advantage. 
    • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on post-graduate experience. 
    • Vast experience in Operations and Administration for reputable organizations. 
    • A good team player with good negotiating skills. 
    • Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills. 
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
    • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence, and ability to contribute to corporate culture.

    Senior Secretary

    Job Description

    • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. 
    • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms. 
    • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners. 
    • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. 
    • Develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Make travel arrangements.
    • Document expenses and hand in reports. 

    Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills

    • Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies or any related field. 
    • Relevant training certifications will be added advantages. 
    • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on post-graduate experience. 
    • Must have worked as a confidential secretary to top executives in reputable companies. 
    • High degree of integrity and confidentiality. 
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
