    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
    • Management and coordination of staff recruitment, training and welfare
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
    • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
    • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

    Education

    • Candidates must possess Bachelor degree in Management, any of the Social Sciences or related courses with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division. 
    • Possession of a Master degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Health Management and Planning or related fields will be an added advantage

    Experience

    Candidates must have not less than five (5) years post-qualification administrative experience. 
    Required Skills:

    • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
    • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • A team player with leadership skills

    Sales and Marketing Services Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the organization’s sales and marketing programs.
    • Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
    • Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, online promotions.
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
    •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

    Education

    • First Degree in Marketing or any related field from a recognized Institution
    • Possession of a Master degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

    Experience

    Candidates must have not less than five (5) years experience in sales and marketing. 
    Required Skills:

    • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    •  Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    •  Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    •  Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    •  Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
