    Maintenance Officer

    Maintenance Officers are required for the following area of specialization:

    • Electrical
    • Mechanical
    • HVAC
    • Boilers & Air Compressor
    • Generators

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as, coordinating repairs to maintain safety and functionality of the facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazard.
    • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling contractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, prioritizing urgent issues and providing timely resolutions.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and procure necessary items as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in any Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field.
    • Proven experience in maintenance in Pharma Industry with demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
    • Good verbal and written communication.
    • Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, as well as computer software for record-keeping and communication.

    Production Pharmacist

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with production managers to develop and execute production plans
    • Support the professional development of team members
    • Provide training to production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.
    • Ensure that all documentation meets regulatory standards and is readily available for audits.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of production activities.
    • Provide technical support to resolve production-related issues.
    • Work closely with quality control, research and development, and regulatory affairs teams to achieve production goals.
    • Ensure that production activities comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA NAFDAC).
    • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
    • Investigate and address any deviations or discrepancies in the production process.
    • Review and approve batch records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Collaborate with the production team to implement best practices and streamline manufacturing processes.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
    • Oversee the compounding of ingredients to create pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formulas.
    • Develop and review pharmaceutical formulations.
    • Conduct regular checks to ensure that production processes meet quality requirements and regulatory standards.
    • Oversee the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards.
    • Ensure the efficient utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

    Educational Requirement:

    • Bachelor's in Pharmacy

    Other Requirements:

    • Previous experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing
    • Must be familiar with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, including GMP
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes techniques
    • Keen attention to detail in reviewing documentation and ensuring product quality
    • Ability to troubleshoot and address production-related challenges effectively
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities and requirements.

    Logistics Executive

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • Responsible for the end-to-end logistics operations for our shipment with various stakeholders, including customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth operations while ensuring that shipments are handled efficiently, compliant with regulations and delivered in a timely manner.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Optimize transportation routes and distribution networks in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
    • Implement changes to operations to maintain compliance with up-to-date regulations.
    • Oversee handling and transportation of products to meet quality assurance standards.
    • Track product movements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics providers for efficient operations.
    • Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, shipping manifests, and certificates of origin.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of clearing and forwarding activities for audit and reference.
    • Coordinate the transportation of goods from origin to destination, including arranging shipping, handling, and warehousing.
    • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address logistical challenges.
    • Address and resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, and discrepancies.
    • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve shipment-related concerns.
    • Identify and address problems related to customs, forwarding, or logistics effectively.
