Responsibilities

• Engage the customer through the telephone, e-mails & personal contact to determine willingness and ability to pay.
• Maintain daily activity logs of the number of calls, right party contacts, promises to pay, and promises to pay kept on the Bank’s appointed Collections system
• Negotiate effective payment plan arrangements & settlements that would prevent the account from rolling forward.
• Handling of customer’s objections & complaints in a professional manner and liaising with respective depts where necessary for resolution.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the customer’s payment schedule and repayment instruments.

Requirements:

• University Degree from any related field
• At least a year of experience in consumer loans operation, if possible in a call center or in a similar collection center function

Skill:

• High self-motivation with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

• Market the Bank Loan and Saving product to the prospective customers
• Proper and effective advertising of the bank product through social media platforms to attract customers.
• Responsible for ensuring customers' satisfaction in deposit mobilization and loan origination.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
• Serves as business relation officer to customers to assist in solving all banking-related issues without coming to the bank.
• Follow up on loan customers to ensure loan repayment as scheduled.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of BSc or HND in any discipline.
• A minimum of one year experience in Marketing Bank Product, young, innovative, and dynamic marketers without experience may be considered if found to possess the relevant skills.
• Ability to sell bank products to prospective customers in the Public and Private sectors, organizations, and individuals

Skills:

• Marketing skill
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use Social Media
