    Enterprise Architect

    Overview

    • The successful candidate would be expected to catalogue, develop, coordinate, communicate, maintain and enforce the overall enterprise architectural models to adequately perform the organizations business.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Legacy systems to new solutions.
    • Monitor the system performance
    • TOGAF Certified
    • Azure Cloud Architect
    • Prepares EA business case, exposes benefits and drivers, financial merits
    • Presents, justifies communicates to all stakeholders in business and IT
    • Specifies EA framework, best practices and tools
    • Establishes architecture, design and technology principles and guidelines
    • Participates in EA design and development
    • Coordinates works done by domain architects
    • Controls the consistency and compliancy of artefacts
    • Owns the EA repository and decides access rights
    • Recommends transformation roadmap and works with program management
    • Controls EA iterations deliveries
    • Establishes compliance checkpoints in major capability development processes
    • Assesses EA maturity
    • Measures returned value at each iteration

    Qualifications

    • 1st Class or 2nd Class Degree
    • B.Sc in Computer Science.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of software development experience
    • Database design experience
    • Cloud technology  - Azure
    • Microservices Architecture

    Tech Stack Experience:

    • Understanding of TOGAF Standard(ADM)
    • Cloud and Infrastructure Architecture

    Enterprise Data Architect

    Overview

    • Our client, a top tier (2) commercial bank, requires the service a highly skilled enterprise architect with Fin-Tech experience.
    • The successful candidate would design, implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
    • This individual would also examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
    • Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
    • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
    • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
    • Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
    • Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
    • Educate staff members through training and individual support.
    • Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of database development experience
    • Database Design experience
    • Cloud technology – Azure

    Senior Master Data Analyst

    Overview

    • Our client, requires the service of a highly skilled senior data analyst with Fin-Tech experience who will facilitate prompt query resolution for tickets raised in respect of new master data requests, update of existing master data and end dating of new master data on the Oracle Cloud ERP platform.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as Boost Central MDM, Oracle support team, functional business owners to ensure creation and maintenance configuration data in Finance, SCM, EPM and EAM ensuring that information supplied is complete and accurate
    • Validation of master data requests to ensure that they are appropriate and meet Opco and Group policies
    • Administer approved master data change requests
    • Ensure all requests are completed within agreed service levels
    • Ensure quality of the master data and data conventions are updated
    • Adhere to MDM practices, polices as defined by MDM manager
    • Support the manager, MDM in identifying improvement areas for enhancing the MDM process
    • Liaise with the Group MDM to load approved bulk data onto Oracle Cloud ERP platform
    • Maintenance of data templates to be used for ongoing data upload activities into the production system
    • Support the Data lead in the delivery of new initiatives arising from demand management, quarterly releases pertaining to revision/cleansing/enhancement etc. of master data
    • Continuous review of transactional data captured by local functional users and other data stewards using Enterprise Data Quality tools to ensure adherence to data quality standards and proactively identify potential cross functional data issues and proffer resolution.
    • Build knowledge base in assigned OTBI subject areas and assist the business in extraction of useful report to aid decision making.
    • Identify relevant Oracle business events to Nigeria ERP deployment and manage configuration data and rules such as CoA mapping, SLA rules etc to aid smooth business operation and reconciliation.
    • Identify and mine the data requirements to support ERP benefit realization initiatives in conjunction with OPCOs process lead
    • Identify and extract data requirements for systems usage in support of shared platform cost by the Group.
    • Define and document OPCO’s needs in assigned functional domain of Oracle ERP Cloud such as Oracle Product Hub e.g. designing taxonomies, item extended attributes, item catalog categories, security/access models, new item requests, workflow, and Oracle Supplier/Customer Hub e.g. Trading Community architecture (TCA), data stewardship, data model harmonization, de-duplication, alignment with Order management and accounts receivable customer design, Oracle Advance Global Intercompany System and Pricing rules etc.

    Qualifications

    • 1st Class or 2nd Class Degree from a reputable University.
    • 4 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Banking.

    Senior Financial System Analyst (Support)

    Overview

    • Our client, a financial institution, requires the service of a highly skilled senior financial systems analyst (support) with Fin-Tech experience who will provide day to day functional support to wide varieties of end users on Oracle Cloud ERP platform and other supporting systems.
    • The successful candidate will assist the functional users to document input to functional and technical specifications of any new solution deployment arising from ERP Cloud demand management or Quarterly release.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify high severity functional issues and follow through with relevant Group support functions for timely resolution.
    • Provide work around solution for functional Cloud ERP issues undergoing resolution
    • Contribute to pre-testing phase of new solution design on Oracle Cloud modules by evaluating change requests in order to identify potential problem areas and make appropriate recommendations
    • Provide functional support for period end activities and ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for on the Cloud ERP solution
    • Provide ongoing Operational Acceptance Testing of Scheduled processes to minimize business interruption impact of failed scheduled jobs
    • Participate in ongoing testing of Oracle Cloud ERP modules during the quarterly release cycles and during new solution deployment
    • Provide support for other ancillary ERP systems such as IFS Foundation, IFS Connect and Point of Sales systems
    • Assist management in extracting data on the Oracle Cloud ERP platform using OTBI reporting tool
    • Generate and resolve workflow notification tasks by engaging relevant support teams
    • Track and manage all issues arising from existing DoA configurations and seek continuously alignment with Board approved DoA.
    • Maintain catalogue of Oracle Cloud seeded reports and GT custom reports and promote operational usage among OPCO SMEs

    Qualifications

    • 1st Class or 2nd Class Degree
    • 4 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Banking.
