Job Purpose

• Operation and maintenance of utility equipment.

Job Description
To take care of Preventive Maintenance of following Utility Equipment like:

• Centrifugal Chiller (630 Tr ) ,
• Screw type Air Compressors (352 cfm)
• Refrigerant type Air Dryer (352 cfm)
• Thermic fluid heater (30 M kilo-cal/hr)
• Cooling tower (450 *4 CMH)
• Centrifugal, Screw & gear Pumps
• Vapor Absorption Machine (1000 Tr ) ,
• Air handling unit (30000,24000.8000 cfm-26 nos.),
• Fire hydrant system
• RO Plant, STP plant above 20kld,
• Material handling equipment like Crane, Pallet trolley Diesel forklifts & Electrical forklifts.
• Monitoring and maintaining all the set parameters.
• Maintenance of water pumps
• Ensure smooth functioning of all utility machinery
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Utility equipment.
• Maintain all the record of Preventive maintenance / Breakdown records, History cards & Critical spare.
• To attain the day to day complaints of inter/intra dept., under the supervision of shift in charges and to rectify these complaints.
• Do the preventive maintenance of all the utilities equipment’s as per schedule / shutdown available and maintain the respective records.
• Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Utilities Area.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
• Ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of VAM (Vapour Absorption Machine), chillers, compressors, HVAC systems.

Job Description

• Mechanical fitter is responsible for constructing and assembling mechanical systems and components, which could be machines or piping that is used to transport the chemicals that are involved in manufacturing processes
• He is also responsible for assembling structural form and carrying out several day-to-day activities, including creating and reading blueprints and utilizing welding skills in the construction of various structural components according to the blueprints.
• Working with the use of workshop equipment such as milling machines and lathes
• Carrying out the construction of structural components according to the plan on blueprints
• Examining structural systems with attention to local and state building codes
• Setting up and adjusting machine tools and equipment
• Constructing and assembling mechanical systems
• Overseeing structural systems and ensuring that they are maintained regularly.

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of OND / equivalent.
• 5 - 10 years cognate experience 
• Candidate should possess great analytical skill.

Job Description

• To take care of the operation of Gas Gensets (Rolls Royce gas engine) 2*5.25 mw and its auxiliaries:
• Gas Gensets Engine (5.25 Mw).
• HSD, Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station,
• Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators,
• Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
• Lube oil system of Gas genets.
• Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine).
• Demineralized Water Treatment Plant.
• Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
• To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
• Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, History card.
• To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day base
• Monitoring all the parameter of Gas engine & diesel engine and keeping them under limits.
• Knowledge of SCADA system is compulsory.
• To maintain daily checklists and log books of all the concerned machines on daily basis.
• Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house.
• Adopt safe and healthy work practices.

Qualifications/Experience

• B.Tech/B.Sc/Equivalent.
• 3-7 years cognate experience 
• Candidate should possess great analytical skill.
• Top-notch computer literacy.

Job Description

• Tends filtering machines that separate liquids from slurry and remove impurities: Starts filter, and turns valves to circulate slurry through filtering machines to recover liquids from slurry.
• Moves controls to regulate speed of drum rotation and turns valves to regulate vacuum pressure that forces slurry through liquid.
• Observes discharge of filter cake from drum and adjusts controls to regulate speed of drum rotation.
• May remove and replace filter cloths and clean drums or plates.
• May tend equipment that filters, dionizes, and cools bulk material.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Eng qualification.
• 3 - 7 years experience.
