    Social Media Intern

    • The Social Media Intern will support the Marketing and Communications team in implementing social media strategies to achieve FATE Foundation’s marketing objectives. This includes creating and posting engaging content, managing social media channels, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in the execution of campaigns to strengthen the foundation’s online presence, grow its audience, and drive engagement. 

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Create and curate engaging content (written, visual and video) to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. 
    • Manage FATE Foundation’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
    • Brainstorm, plan, and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, website traffic, and conversions.  
    • Track, analyze, and report social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, and campaign results. 
    • Create visuals (graphics, videos) to support the campaign. 

    Qualifications & Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field. 
    • Expertise with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc) and their best practices. 
    • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc). 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. 
    • Experience with content creation, such as writing captions, designing graphics, or shooting photos/video for social media, is advantageous. 
    • Basic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop) are a plus

    Volunteer and Mentor Management Associate

    The Volunteer and Mentor Management Associate will ensure effective end-to-end coordination and delivery of FATE Foundation’s volunteer management strategies, and the provision, coordination and management of the FATE Mentoring program in line with the FATE School’s strategic direction and focus areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a comprehensive volunteer strategy covering faculty, advisors/consultants, mentors, content contributors, and related roles, ensuring alignment with FATE Foundation’s objectives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records across all databases, CRM systems, and digital platforms, and ensure the provision of relevant tools, materials, and guidance to support effective service delivery.
    • Provide ongoing coordination, support, and supervision to volunteers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and sustained engagement.
    • Design and implement volunteer engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives to strengthen commitment and keep volunteers informed of organizational activities.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Education, or related field from an accredited institution. 
    • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Strong passion and interest in the development/non-profit sector.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative or program support roles

    Incubation Program, Associate

    • The Program Associate will support the development and execution of enterprise development incubation programs and projects in line with the FATE School’s strategic direction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the delivery of enterprise development programs, including entrepreneurial training and business development support for participants.
    • Develop and periodically review program strategy and structure to ensure alignment with the needs of participants.
    • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication between program
      partners, volunteers, and entrepreneurs.
    • Oversee the participant recruitment process and ensure compliance with
      organizational standards.
    • Manage and ensure the collation of relevant program data to support monitoring,
      evaluation, and impact assessment.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and other stakeholders and to also work with team members effectively.
    • Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or the development sector. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
    • 2 years relevant work experience in program coordination or any related role
