    Videographer

    Our client, a Real Estate Company, is currently in need of a VIDEOGRAPHER who is capable of handling a variety of project types in different recording environments according to the company’s needs.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Filming real estate properties video on set and on location. 
    • Ensuring good photo composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken
    • Participating in the development, implementation, assessment, and revision of the video style palette
    • Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment
    • Appling videography, production, and post-production skills in the planning, management, and documentation of video shoots.
    • Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in videography and video editing, or a related field
    • Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
    • Proficiency with camera equipment.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • A bachelor’s degree in architecture
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
    • 4-5 years’ experience in interior design.
    • Proven experience in project management.
    • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
    • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
    • Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
    • Understanding of ERP implementation.
    • Experience overseeing a construction project.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies, develop and establish a solid and trust relationship between major key clients and company, handling difficult customer service situations, and improving the overall customer experience to sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
    • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
    • Work with design, sales team, creative,  logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and all client needs met
    • Improve onboarding processes.
    • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
    • Mediate between clients and the organization.
    • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
    • Learn from complaints and use customer feedback to improve services.
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and key community groups.
    • Make sure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously in order to produce timely, up to date information about customer experience across all areas of the business
    • Produce information that can be used to inform service improvement, including making recommendations as to how services might be changed for the better.
    • Oversee and undertake other activities as required in order to gauge customer feedback and make sure that this is used effectively. This will include postal surveys, one-to-one interviews and focus groups, and on-line methods of engagement, including the use of social media.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • BS.c in communications or marketing.
    • An analytical mind with attention to detail, with particular focus on qualitative data when reviewing performance.
    • Must have experience in ISP
