    Business Development Lead

    Our client, a professionally-run PR and Media Agency based in Ikeja, with operations across Africa, requires an honest, brilliant, and hardworking individual to join its team as Business Development Lead.

    • Drive agency growth and new business acquisition.
    • Lead pitches, proposals and presentations.
    • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate on tailored clients’ solutions.
    • Track market trends and competitor activity.
    • Represent the Agency at meetings and events.
    • Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

    Major Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, etc. 
    • M.Sc., MBA or any professional certification in Business Development, Strategic Marketing or Public Relations may be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in business development, sales, or client services with at least three years in a communications, PR, or marketing Agency environment.
    • Demonstrated success in winning and managing high-value accounts, especially in premium or complex sectors.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

    Reward System

    • Salary is about N450,000 per month.

    Outlet Supervisor

    • Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and cleanliness standards for both the main store and the campus kiosk.
    • Schedule, train, and motivate cashiers and scoopers to deliver seamless customer service.
    • Meticulously monitor freezer temperatures, manage product transfers to the campus kiosk without breaking the cold chain, and minimize waste.
    • Reconcile daily cash and POS transactions, manage stock levels against sales and ensure zero variance.
    • Maintain high brand standards for walk-in families at the main branch, while ensuring rapid, efficient service queues for students during short campus breaks.

    Major Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Science, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of two years’ supervisor experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality or retail environment ideally handling perishable food or dairy products.
    • Strong arithmetic and cash reconciliation skills and proficiency with retail POS systems and sharp inventory tracking.
    • Ability and willingness to manage time and commute efficiently between the main outlet and the campus.
    • Firm leadership style, excellent communication skills, and an uncompromising stance on hygiene and food safety.
