    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to join its team as Sales Manager.

    Job Description

    • Research market trends and analyze competitors’ performance to develop effective sales strategies for your team.
    • Implement new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.
    • Complete independent market research and list new prospects.
    • Manage team performance, set team targets and goals.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
    • A higher degree may be an advantage.
    • Minimum of three years' FMCG experience in a similar role.
    • Age: Minimum of 35 years.
