    Corporate Finance Manager

    Job Description

    • The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for raising & sourcing funds for business growth and expansion. The role incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the bottom line opportunities for the Company by identifying capital raising opportunities, securing integration deals, managing the treasury, and working capital optimization.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Identify and source for fundraising & investment opportunities including specialized financing for business growth and expansion.
    • Evaluate external funding opportunities and advice management accordingly.
    • Liaise with banks, funding institutions, financial and legal advisors, accounting firms, Credit rating agencies etc on behalf of the Company for financial and advisory purposes.
    • Negotiate and structure financial details.
    • Examine financial data and provide actionable information on profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity for business decision.
    • Provide inputs into the long term financial strategies, budgeting process and strategic capital allocation.
    • Analyze past financial results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for business improvements.

    • Develop financial models to support evaluation, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
    • Conduct relevant analysis on the company’s financial operations, compare with competition, and draw appropriate and compelling conclusions.

    • Assess and predict financial risks and returns. Advice on risks management strategies to protect the company from financial loss.
    • Lead or work as part of core team for cross-functional institutional projects.
    • Conduct research to identify finance and growth opportunities in line with the company’s financial objectives and growth strategies.

    Minimum Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting / Finance / Economics.
    • A Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
    • Professional certification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.

    Minimum Experience Required:

    • 12+ years of business finance or other relevant experience.
    • Experience in equity, hybrid or investment portfolio at a Corporation, Accounting or Investor Relations firm is required.
    • Experience in mergers and acquisitions and or investment banking.

    Sales Officer - Chemicals

    The Opportunity

    • Sales Officer creates and manages long-term, trusting relationships with clients in the additives, oilfield and industrial chemicals business.
    • The candidate will be responsible for selling Eunisell products and services to potential customers and achieving revenue targets.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
    • Generate sales to meet revenue target.
    • Identify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities for various company products and services to achieve sales target.
    • Canvass territories to present company products to potential customers.
    • Attend trade shows and other industry-related events for business opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
    • Create business leads and set up appointments to present company products.
    • Complete order forms and submit same for processing.
    • Manage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promise.
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities, or feedback received to the appropriate in-house staff.
    • Follow through on new business leads and referrals.
    • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

    What We Expect

    • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a direct sales agent, preferably in the banking and insurance industry.
    • Good presentation, reporting and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate and present.
    • Good relationship management ability.
    • Negotiation and convincing skills.
    • Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities - to work across many accounts, projects, and/or issues and prioritize effectively.
    • Ability to achievesales target and drive aggresive sales.

    Warehouse Officer

    Job Description

    • The Warehouse Officeris responsible for taking charge of inventory in the warehouse.
    • He receives and records new stock as it comes in and he also moves stock onto trucks or store on shelves as needed. Basically, he analyses the process, operations and technology of the warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
    • Process inventory for delivery
    • Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location
    • Package items and label correctly
    • Scan delivered items and ensure quality
    • Housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
    • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
    • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
    • Ensure schedules and deadlines are adhered to.
    • Maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
    • Experience working within policies & procedures, and understanding of compliance, in relation to regulatory bodies.
    • Be well versed with the products that Eunisell deals in and ensure accuracy in terms of data and record management.
    • Develop plans to monitor the usage levels of storage
    • Managing warehouse facilities
    • Reviewing the quality and efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plans.

    Requirement

    • B.Sc / HND with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) /Upper Credit in Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or related field.
