• Perform component-level diagnostics and repair on laptop, desktop, and server motherboards

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Inspector who will be responsible for inspecting welding activities and completed welds to ensure compliance with approved procedures, specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards. Also conducts weld inspections, reviews NDT results, identifies defects, and ensures corrective actions are implemented.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-welding, in-process, and post-welding inspections.
• Verify joint fit-up, electrode classification, and correct welding process.
• Monitor and inspect welding consumables, including storage and handling.
• Ensure welders are qualified as per WPS and project requirements.
• Participate in quality meetings, kick-off sessions, and tool-box talks.
• Support QA/QC and project teams in achieving inspection milestones
• Verify radiographic film interpretation (RTFI) if qualified
• Ensure weld repairs and PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) are conducted as specified.

• Check the levelling, positioning, and alignment of foundations, structural columns, and anchor bolts using survey data, witness soil compaction testing, and sign off on pre-pour checklists.
• Verify incoming bulk materials like rebar, cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete match quality certificates, track actual daily physical progress against the schedule, and request materials ahead of time.
• Record field modifications and soil condition deviations accurately for "as-built" drawings, deliver clear daily and weekly progress reports, and maintain zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs).
