    Sales Officer

    Job Function:

    • To grow the business through the successful selling of services and/or products that fit the client / customer needs in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).

    Key performance areas:

    • Explore Territory to Identify Potential Customer of retail business
    • To Build business relationship with customers
    • To place company products at customer place, thereby increasing business
    • Adhere to company sales policies and guidelines for effective selling
    • Reporting product quality issues
    • Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
    • Monitor activities by reviewing action plans and taking corrective action to meet sales targets.

    Storekeeper

    Job Function:

    • To procure, store, and issue supplies in a supply operation; process and maintain inventory records; modify and implement inventory control and disposal procedures; perform related work.

    Key performance areas:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records
    • Receive and inspect deliveries of goods, ensuring they match delivery orders
    • Organize and store products in a way that maximizes efficiency and accessibility
    • Regular stock checking and reporting of any discrepancies and reconciliation with inventory control manager.
    • Maintenance of quality and HSE standards at workplace
    • Monitor and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
    • Updating checklist, temperature recording
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
    • They have to maintain all the records of all the invoices, picked and supplied.
    • Updating of bin cards daily.

    • Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

    Regulatory Affairs Executive

    Job Function:

    • The Regulatory Affairs Executive will be responsible for all external and internal regulatory compliance for the business.

    Key performance areas:

    • Support the regulatory head to monitor Annual Registration of Up-country depot locations.
    • CTD (Common Technical Document) evaluation and follow-up with the principal.
    • Support in the registration of new products marketed and distributed by the company with NAFDAC.
    • Monitoring and Managing of Pharmaco-vigilance and adverse events monitoring.
    • Liaison with regulatory agencies for proper Licensing and approval required for ethical operations of pharmaceutical services.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Serve as Technical Officer for Diagnostic portfolio
    • Support in SONCAP accreditation
    • Support QA Team in achieving GDP/GWP objectives and compliance with applicable standards

    Competency needed:

    • Ensuring that Regulatory Objectives are achieved -70%
    • On-going compliance with applicable regulatory issues to management and staff as necessary.
    • Ensuring prompt communication of Quality and regulatory issues to Superintended Pharmacist and QA Manager.

    Compliance:

    • Support and perform compliance assessments.
    • Implement compliance program.

    Qualifications required:

    • Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/B.Sc.). M. Pharm is a plus.
    • Must have current practice license as a pharmacist.
    • Overall experience of 2 - 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a regulatory executive.
