Requirements

• HND/BSC with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR role in a Beverage company, handling all HR issues.
• Role involves 50% Recruitment and 50% other HR issues. Should be very good in Union Management related issues.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Employee/Union Management Relations is a key as part of experience.

Other Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any
• Engineering Field.

Experience:  

• At least 5 – 8 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficiency in database management, Planning Management in an FMCG especially beverage/water or dairies or snacks setting. 
• FMCG EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

The Person Must:

• Have worked as a Production Planning Manager with an FMCG.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have good calculation and data analysis skills
• Pay keen attention to details and be highly organized.
• Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
• Resident in Abuja or in the Northern Area preferred.
