JOB RESPONSIBILES:
DESIGN
Documenting client briefs to ensure that the design team has a clear understanding of what the client is looking for.
Measurement of existing dimensions in design space on individual projects.
Producing accurate CAD drawings including elevations, layouts
Creating space plans & mood boards, sample boards and other presentation material.
Material sourcing and selection for furniture, lights, decorations and fittings.
Providing artisans with detailed drawings and descriptions to produce bespoke furniture and fittings
CLIENT SUPPORT
Meeting attendance and briefing of the Client.
Client support via email and telephone.
Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met.
Follow up on individual design projects.
Liaising with Project Manager throughout the project life cycle to ensure vision is delivered.
Reporting on project site progress.
Preparation of work plan for individual projects.
Preparation of regular (weekly) feedback report on individual projects.
Management of project themes of cost, quality and time.
Quality control in all areas of delivery to ensure that project vision is met.
Assist with management of project in terms of cost, quality and time.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time, people and project management skills, as well as knowledge of financial and budgetary management.
Proficiency in the use of design software such as Auto CAD, and relevant software for mood boards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with artisans and other supervisors to identify and resolve issues.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, Construction, Engineering or related field
Possess subject matter expertise in interior design.
Certification in project management is an added advantage.
At least 3 years post NYSC experience in a similar role.
Ability to interpret architectural drawing.
Ability to sketch floor plans manually and proficiency in Auto cad software

JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee teams of vendors, artisans, etc, manage other staff members, maintain business operations, and work with clients.
He/she is expected to manage the staff and ensure increased productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production problems.
