Project Manager at Design Fairy Studio

JOB SUMMARY

    We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee teams of vendors, artisans, etc, manage other staff members, maintain business operations, and work with clients.
    He/she is expected to manage the staff and ensure increased productivity, assure quality, and mitigate production problems.

   ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan timeline for completion of projects.
• Oversee teams of designers on every project.
• Assessment of production projects and plan all resources requirements for production.
• Liaise and collaborate with the various vendors such as furniture retailers, artisans, florists, and artists.
• Maintain employee productivity records.
• Setting productivity goals for the team.
• Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment,                etc.
• Ensure output needs quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Report to upper management.

QUALIFICATIONS ND SKILLS

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• PMP Certified.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar  role.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
• Commercial mindedness.
• Strong people management skills.
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong cost management and material efficiency skills.
