    Front Desk & Administrative Associate

    As Busha transitions into a physical office space, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Front Desk & Administrative Officer to manage our front office operations and provide comprehensive administrative and office support. This person will be the face of our organization, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests while supporting internal teams with office coordination, supplies, and events.

    You will work closely with the People Operations team to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff, while also coordinating office logistics, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operational tasks that support the team’s productivity and well-being.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Front Desk Management

    • Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and vendors professionally and warmly.
    • Manage all incoming calls and inquiries and redirect them appropriately.
    • Ensure the reception and communal areas are tidy, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean and well-organized front desk and reception area.

    Administrative Support

    • Provide daily administrative support to the HR and Operations team.
    • Maintain proper filing systems for documentation, invoices, and records.
    • Assist with travel bookings, logistics, and scheduling internal/external meetings.
    • Support scheduling and coordination of company-wide meetings and team activities.
    • Support the People Operations team with administrative duties and ad hoc tasks.

    Office Coordination

    • Monitor and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies and stationery.
    • Coordinate with vendors for facility management and supply procurement.
    • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked and make purchase requests as needed.
    • Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, internet, security, etc.) to maintain smooth office operations.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and ensuring timely completion.
    • Assist in the management of office equipment and ensure proper functioning.
    • Maintain and update internal databases and records.
    • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
    • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
    • Handle photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.

    Event & Meeting Support

    • Assist in organizing and coordinating in-office events, training sessions, and team bonding activities.
    • Provide hands-on support before and during events to ensure smooth execution.
    • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, well-prepared, and functioning with necessary tools.
    • Experience working in a Fintech or startup environment
    • Familiarity with basic HR or office management tools
    • Event coordination or vendor management experience
    • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information

    The ideal employee must have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Minimun of 3 years experience in a front desk or administrative role
    • Experience working in a Fintech or startup environment.
    • Familiarity with basic HR or office management tools
    • Event coordination or vendor management experience
    • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    Senior Treasury Officer

     We are seeking a Senior Treasury Officer, with expertise in fintech, remittance, FX management, and cross border payments. This role will be critical in managing liquidity, optimizing financial operations, and ensuring efficient cash flow management across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a regulated financial services environment, with strong exposure to digital assets, treasury operations, and international payment systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations while optimizing returns.
    • Manage FX transactions, currency conversions, and hedging strategies to minimize financial risks.
    • Maintain and monitor corporate bank accounts, authorized signatories and electronic banking security.
    • Monitor and forecast cash positions across different financial institutions and digital wallets.
    • Handle the opening, closing, and regulatory compliance of domestic and international bank accounts.
    • Liaise with financial institutions to establish and maintain banking relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee remittance processes, ensuring compliance with cross-border payment regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance) to meet banking and compliance obligations including KYC and AML requirements.
    • Ensure efficient payment processing, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring for fiat and crypto based transfers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize treasury processes, working capital, and liquidity forecasting.
    • Coordinate with finance teams to support audits, reporting, and risk management strategies.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including weekly/monthly revenue, expense tracking, and treasury KPIs.
    • Oversee petty cash and general ledger management, ensuring accurate financial records.

    The ideal employee must have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate treasury, finance operations, banking, or fintech.
    • Strong understanding of FX management, cross -border payments, and remittance operations.
    • Experience with cryptocurrency payments, wallets, and digital asset management is a plus
    • Familiarity with local and international financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
    • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, MS Excel, and accounting software
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with SWIFT payments, correspondent banking, and PSP integrations.
    • Knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto trading platforms.
    • Database management experience for treasury and financial records
    • Self-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Join Busha as a Digital Marketing Manager and bring your passion for digital transformation and proven expertise in digital marketing to help drive our brand to new heights. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading online growth efforts across digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, product, growth, design, and analytics teams to scale campaigns and optimise performance across digital touchpoints.     Responsibilities:

    • Plan and manage digital ads across Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic platforms.
    • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data, improving CTRs, CVRs, and ROAS.
    • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels (search, social, display, email, affiliates, etc.)
    • Collaborate with the SEO and content team to ensure performance-focused content that supports search visibility and lead generation.
    • Own campaign planning, execution, and optimisation with clear goals (CAC, ROI, ROAS, CPL, retention, etc.)
    • Strategise and implement customer retention and user value maximisation plans, using CRM tools to optimise user journeys and engagement.
    • Test new channels, tools, and campaign formats to explore untapped growth opportunities.
    • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Track and analyse performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer and other brand-owned tools and dashboards.

    Candidate Must Have:

    • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a fast-paced environment.

    • A portfolio showcasing successful digital media campaigns and their impact.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, Email Marketing, Hootsuite or other social media management tools.
