    Supervisors Acceleration Program (SAP) 1.0

    The successful candidate from SAP 1.0 will be co-responsible for running site operations by managing people, MHEs and Client. They will distribute material handling equipment to various location on site, supervise operators, and monitor MHEs maintenance with batteries. This includes maintaining inventory levels, data entry of incoming and outgoing materials, and general warehouse duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out Daily report (WhatsApp and main reports) sends daily site operations report at specified time.
    • Attend daily operations meeting where site challenges are discussed, and task assigned.
    • Conduct site tour, carryout BOS and site risk assessment to enable corrections to near miss and danger.
    • Liaise with shift technicians on the execution of plan maintenance and oversee all maintenance activities, repairs, and cleaning.
    • Checking and validation of MHEs checklist.
    • Conduct daily spare part stock count-do check & balance and treat all usage on ERP.
    • Conduct shift tool-box training & safety briefing with all operators.
    • Together with the senior technician carryout weekly MHEs inspection & fault/defect identification and correction.
    • Weekly carryout driver’s license & fire extinguisher tracker checks to ensure they are valid and up to date.
    • Weekly check on pending operators’ issue (HMO, Salary, PPEs etc.) and raise concern.
    • Daily availability reconciliation with client and ensure/manage the downtime to minimal.
    • Daily meeting with client’s representative on issue and pending challenges on site for improvement
    • Daily monitoring and supervision of batteries cleaning, garage cleaning, MHEs cleaning,5S and good housekeeping
    • Checking and responds to email, Whatsap etc and another assigned task by Superior.

    Requirements

    • BSc or HND in Sciences or Engineering.
    • Three (3) years in fleet management or operation management.
    • Two (2) years in developing, implementing a procedure/work instruction, safety, health & environmental management systems and people management.
    • Must have worked as an operation supervisor or Manager for at least two (2) years.
    • Experience in fleet and MHE maintenance will be added advantage.
    • Skill in Logistic and Warehouse Management.
    • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management software, ERP.
    • Good operations management skills.
    • Good organization and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication skills.

    Import/Export and Inbound Logistics Lead

    • The Import/Export and Inbound Logistics Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the international shipping and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, and optimizing the movement of goods across borders. This role will work closely with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, banks, and government agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective, and legally compliant import/export activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage all import and export activities including documentation, shipments, and customs clearance.
    • Oversee transportation and warehousing strategies for international shipments
    • Negotiate shipping rates and terms with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners.
    • Process form MS and PAAR with ADBs or all international shipments
    • Ensure compliance with customs laws, import/export regulations, and international trade agreements.
    • Prepare and manage import/export documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, and packing lists, SONCAP certificate, PCR etc.
    • Monitor and stay updated on changes in trade regulations, CET tariffs, HS Codes and customs requirements.
    • Ensure proper filing and timely submission of all Exchange Control Documents (ECDs).
    • Work closely with the procurement team, aftersales team, sales team, project team and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, shipping companies, customs authorities and banks.
    • Troubleshoot any shipping issues such as delays, damage, or non-compliance with customs procedures.
    • Address and resolve any import/export-related disputes or problems efficiently
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all import/export activities and transactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on shipping costs, timelines, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during the shipping process.
    • Analyze and minimize transportation costs while optimizing service levels.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. (Preferred)
    • At least 3 years of experience in import/export management or international logistics.
    • Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software or ERP.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Data analytics.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
    • Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
    • Work from the office at a minimum of 3 x in a week.

    • The Aftersales Engineering Officer is responsible for managing post-sale customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with the products or services purchased.     Requirements

    • Apply anti-corrosion treatments to battery terminals and connectors as needed.
