    Territory Sales Manager (ISP / Telecomms)

    Job summary
    To ensure increase in sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area

    Responsibilities

    • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
    • Handling a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 2/3 company SNS/40-50 Dealers, and Key retail outlets.
    • Handle a team size of around 10 direct repartees.
    • Recruitment of Dealer/Distributors
    • Collection from Dealers & Key retail outlets
    • Target vs Achievement- Daily/Weekly/Monthly
    • Direct Sales to SMEs
    • Company-owned Shop Management-admin/branding.
    • Organizing BTL activities to enhance the sales.
    • Work on Low fill BTSs
    • Performance management
    • Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations Maintaining customer relationships
    • Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
    • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
    • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
    • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
    • Present products and services to prospective customers
    • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
    • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
    • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
    • Mentoring team
    • Monitor competition within assigned region
    • Prepare and submit reports to Regional Sales Manager

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in telecom/ISP industry
    • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
    • Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Organizational and leadership ability
    • Problem-solving aptitude

    Qualification
    BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or any related field

    Desired Experience
    Minimum of 5 years in the ISP/Telecomms industry

    Technical Support Engineer

    Key responsibilities

    • Manage incidents, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone & email
    • Responsible for supporting post-sales customer activity remotely and on-site
    • Responsible for carrying out detailed Site Survey & maintain proper documentation
    • Perform installation and implementation and network integration at customer’s site
    • Promptly investigate, resolve & report any incidents, errors, events or deviations.
    • Ensure installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA.
    • Responsible for resolving concerns on signal strength, signal to noise ratio and similar parameters in accordance to the company’s approved standard.
    • Share insight & appropriate action against bandwidth consumption, virus infection and security threats.
    • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
    • Prepare daily activity reports
    • Inform management of recurring problems

    Essential Attributes
    Proficient in WiFi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Device/Network level Troubleshooting, Computers (OS & Application Level), Analytical, Internet and Tech savvy, Customer Focused and Team Player

    Desired Attributes
    Relevant industry experience in handling customers and team members

    Qualification
    HND/BEng/BSc/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science

    Desired Experience
    1 to 3 years in similar profile

    RF Engineer

    Key Skills
    The candidate’s back ground shall include experience and skills on radio network RF planning and optimization, focused on the enhancement of existing Networks and Services aimed at improving the Customer Experience. The candidate shall be proficient on Network & Service Architectures of radio network.

    The candidate should bring strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:

    Job Key Note Identifiers/Indicators

    • Radio Network Optimization
    • RF Planning
    • LTE RAN Air Interface - RAN Protocols and Procedures
    • LTE Radio Network and Service KPI
    • Cell/cluster performance analysis and field implementation
    • Mapping Tools and Data Formats (Mapinfo, GoogleEarth)
    • Tools such as TEMS, NEMO, ActiX, Atoll
    • Planning and organizational Skills
    • LTE radio network optimization experience will be preferred

    Key responsibilities:

    • Support LTE RF Optimization effort for various projects
    • Perform monitoring and analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Work with the operations team to troubleshoot RF problems
    • Ensure desired RF objectives as per project plans.
    • Perform RF Network Planning, suggest and implement field tuning and perform node reviews/audits
    • Guide field teams for data collection and accurate implementation of RF parameters
    • Improves network processes and tools to ensure continuous monitoring of equipment and links
    • Reduce customer complaints by providing optimized and cost-effective solutions
    • Post process drive data and recommend necessary actions to fix issues
    • Prepare technical reports for performance of base station/cluster

    Qualification
    HND/BEng/BSc/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science

    Desired Experience
    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a 2G/3G/4G LTE environment
