    Human Resource Business Partner

    Job Description

    • Support the business units by taking responsibility for particular HR functions including employee relations, talent management, performance management, training and development, amongst others.
    • Driving and implementing the people programmes and policies that support a vibrant, fast-paced, and high-performance culture of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs for the Facility management company
    • Conducts periodic meetings with respective business units in the facility management subsidiary

    • Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to line management

    • Analyse metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programmes and policies.

    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

    • Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring

    • Administer payroll and employee benefits

    • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

    • Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to foster an employer-employee relationship
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

    • Develop HR policies in line with the business objectives

    • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

    • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

    • Identify training needs for employees in various business units in the subsidiary

    • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure training objectives are met.

    • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview

    • Develop tailored strategies that build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

    • Performs other related duties by the Head, HR & Admin or anyone assigned by the company.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology or any other social sciences related courses
    • Experience Level: 5 - 7 years' of experience in a HR Generalist role.
    • Experience managing HR Operations, or in business partnership roles for major projects 
    • Full understanding of the labour laws and conditions of employment across Africa.
    • Experience working in a consulting or FMCG space will be a plus
    • Ability to create transformational HR processes and other value-adding continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function
    • Knowledge of SAGE HR system and other HRIS software 
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    AC Technician

    Location: Lagos (Mainland & Island)

    Job Description

    • Conduct regular routine inspection of all company’s R & A equipment to drive the proactive identification of potential faults and stop them before failure.
    • Answer questions as to operation, features and functions of the company’s R & A equipment.
    • Service, repair and/or propose replacement of ACs, Chillers, Freezers and other refrigeration equipment.
    • Complete other duties assigned.
    • Identify or receive faults and analyze to identify root cause and resolve on R & A equipment.

    • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-years post certification experience in a serviced environment providing R&A installation and maintenance practices
    • Knowledge of industrial Air Conditioners is a must have

    Facility Supervisor

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun state

    Job Description

    • Conduct daily inspections to ensure physical and structural asset integrity and report findings for closeout
    • Handle and respond efficiently to customer requests.
    • Assess scope of repair work and ensure close out of all works within Service Level Agreement.
    • Regularly supervise cleaners daily cleaning of furniture and fittings including electrical switches, open shelves, table and desk-tops, fire equipment.
    • Adequate supervision of all cleaning activities which includes toilets and bathrooms, offices, meetings/conference rooms, corridors, kitchen/tea room, canteen and lobbies, outdoor cleaning, washing and mopping of floors and floor tiles.
    • Ensure that regular removal of cobwebs in & out the facilities daily are adequately monitored.
    • Adequately monitor the cleaning supervision of all windows, glasses, lamp fittings, extractor fans, hand rails, doors and Windows.
    • Supervise the provision of toiletries (tissue, soap/hand wash, and towel) in the rest rooms at every point in time.
    • Create PPM on fumigation services and washing of interlock tiles quarterly or as required.
    • Ensure adequate execution of PPM on gardening services and drainage system.
    • Supervise refuse collection and disposal.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Estate management, Engineering or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor

    Electrical Technician

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun state

    Responsibilities

    • Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures.
    • Familiar with processes of testing and inspecting of electrical equipment, control systems and installations.
    • Install, wire and connect electrical equipment and control system.
