    ITSM (IT Services Management) Administrator

    Job Summary:

    This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and sustained support of the IT Service Management system. he will provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability and process gaps. He will provide on-going technical assistance, handling incident cases on a priority basis, software configuration / customization assistance including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, and third-party software integrations.

     Duties & Responsibilities:

    Include but are not limited to the following:

    • Identifying areas of improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks when it comes to networking and configuring new hardware/software’s
    • Performing routine system administration including manage user accounts, manage support group changes (additions, changes, adding/removing members), provide users with access/roles within the system
    • Fixing defects when they arise
    • Opening Incident and Change Requests (e.g., submit bug/fix Incidents; submit instance clone/upgrade requests).
    • Answering "how to" technical and application configuration questions of other members of the company
    • Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules 
    • Assisting in troubleshooting patch
    • Installing Hardware, software, systems, and network on Sites
    •  Managing and enrolling Staff on biometrics attendance
    • Issuing and proving of Staff ID card
    • Working Closely with various vendors of internet services providers
    • Managing Network Availability in sites and various locations other than the Main office

    Requirements and qualifications:

    • Strong understanding and experience (2+ years) with leading ITSM
    • Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
    • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
    • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
    • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
    • BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred
    • Technical background: Operations/Infrastructure / Application Support
    • Effectively multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
    • Proactive, positive, innovative and delivery focused
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

    Fixed Asset Accountant

    The fixed asset accountant position is accountable for recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.

    • Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.

    • Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.

    • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

    • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.

    • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.

    • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.

    • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.

    • Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.

    • Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.

    • Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.

    • Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.

    • Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of.

    • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.

    • Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

    • Prepare property tax returns.

    • Represent the company during any audits by a government that involve fixed assets.

    • Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.

    Desired Qualifications

    5+ years of fixed asset accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.  Must be detail oriented.

    Cost Accountant

    • Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
    • Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
    • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
    • Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
    • Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
    • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
    • Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.

    Cost Accountants Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field (essential).
    • International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation (essential).
    • Certified public accountant (CPA) license (essential).
    • 5 years of Cost Accounting work experience (essential).
    • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
    • Solid cost systems background.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
