    Senior Project Risk Management Engineer

    Job Description

    • Establish, create, and maintain a comprehensive risk management system.
    • Apply qualitative Risk Management theories, tools, and techniques.
    • Identify and allocate risk ownership.
    • Structure and populate risk registers.
    • Conduct risk/opportunity brainstorming workshops.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks. Ensure timely resolution of identified risks.
    • Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
    • Provide expert guidance on risk assessment and management best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company risk policies and procedures.
    • Develop and deliver risk management training.
    • Continuously improve risk management processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical/technical sciences, and/or Risk Management; Professional certification or equivalent.
    • Minimum 10+ years industry experience as a Risk Management Professional.
    • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Experience facilitating risk/opportunity workshops.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.
    • Project experience with engineering, construction, and/or commissioning for major upstream or downstream projects.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles.
    • PMP certification desirable.
    • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and supportive.
    • Adaptable to dynamic environments and ad-hoc requests. Able to engage project team members and promote services.
    • Essential knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) and @RISK or Crystal Ball.

    Senior OR&A Engineer

    Job Description

    • Provide technical expertise and manage delivery for OR&A projects, ensuring industry best practices.
    • Support punch listing and closeout.
    • Execute Commissioning & Start-Up and Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Execution Plans.
    • Drive Flawless Start-Up.
    • Interface with Senior CSU Lead for alignment.
    • Support Project to Asset Handover.
    • Provide QA and coaching on systems acceptance.
    • Drive Flawless Project Delivery for cost-effective and quick ramp-up.

    Requirements

    • Technical Degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience in the gas and oil industry. Extensive operations readiness and assurance experience in small and large, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
    • Strong technical communication skills and ability to interact with project, contractor, and asset teams.
    • Capable of providing direction on OR&A planning and reporting. Good understanding of instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, operations, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
    • Knowledge of plant safeguarding systems for risk evaluation.

    Senior Systems Integration Engineer

    Job Description

    • Integrate component subsystems for seamless project delivery.
    • Develop technical notes, engineering plans, and execution procedures.
    • Coordinate system testing, evaluate integration solutions, and provide post-installation support.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain systems, provide progress updates, and collaborate across disciplines to meet client needs.
    • Conduct project reviews, manage changes, and ensure flawless documentation handover.
    • Analyze data for strategic improvements and optimize project schedules.

    Requirements

    • Must possess excellent communication skills, professional integrity, and problem-solving abilities.
