Provide technical expertise and manage delivery for OR&A projects, ensuring industry best practices.
Support punch listing and closeout.
Execute Commissioning & Start-Up and Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Execution Plans.
Drive Flawless Start-Up.
Interface with Senior CSU Lead for alignment.
Support Project to Asset Handover.
Provide QA and coaching on systems acceptance.
Drive Flawless Project Delivery for cost-effective and quick ramp-up.
Collaborate with project and operations to develop SU team skills. Drive peer reviews on start-up and operating procedures.
Meet commissioning and start-up milestones.
Liaise with Deepwater projects and contractor teams.
Requirements
Technical Degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience in the gas and oil industry. Extensive operations readiness and assurance experience in small and large, Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
Strong technical communication skills and ability to interact with project, contractor, and asset teams.
Capable of providing direction on OR&A planning and reporting. Good understanding of instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, operations, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
Knowledge of plant safeguarding systems for risk evaluation.
