Job description

• UNILAG MFB seeks to recruit an experienced and skilled SME Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME loans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process loan applications from SME clients
• Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses
• Manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SME lending or related field
• Strong understanding of credit principles and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
