    Associate- Front Desk Officer

    At the Administrative level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

    PwC is currently looking to recruit a front desk officer. We are looking for candidates who are presentable, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work on their own initiative and towards deadlines.
    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as they will hold a role of first point of contact between the firm and its clients.

    Requirements:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Attentive to detail, highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise
    • Ability to build strong lasting relationships
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • First Degree in any discipline with minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
    • At least two years practical experience in Front Desk role

    Senior Associate; Clients and Markets Development

    As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, providing go-to-market support for client teams working across the firm’s service areas from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

    • Work as part of the Nigeria Clients & Markets Development team in delivering the firm's go-to-market strategy, advancing PwC's brand reputation in the market, making sustainable impact on society and sustaining the right relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Have responsibility for brand management and visibility, media engagement, internal employee engagement through appropriate communication.
    • Be involved in drafting executive communication and supporting the firm's leadership and partners in the articulation and delivery of various communications requirements.
    • Participate in the organisation of business events, conferences, seminars and workshops to market the firm’s products and services. Develop clear objectives and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of these events
    • Develop deeper client partnerships drive thought leadership and generate new revenue streams by providing Marketing VAS including marketing insight co creation strategy session, data driven marketing methodologies and marketing consulting services.
    • Be involved in the development and implementation of the firm’s Corporate Responsibility and Societal Purpose agenda ensuring sustainable impact on the community and appropriate reporting of these contributions
    • Provide support for proposals and other client prospecting activities. 
    • Be involved in the implementation of the firm’s industries and priority accounts programme.

    Qualifications

    Key required skills include:

    • Ideally familiar with the Nigerian market, and the opportunities and challenges it presents for our business.
    • Familiarity with PwC’s business and understanding of our clients' commercial objectives and marketplace.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • A global mindset and perspective.
    • Demonstrating strong teamwork capacity and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels and across global offices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and highly organized.
    • Proactive and results driven.

    Experience

    • At least 4-5 years relevant work experience. 
    • Significant experience in a similar position in a professional services or consulting firm with management exposure.
    • Familiar with business development and strategy, key account management, marketing and communications including PR background.
