    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
    • Confirm meetings, inspections, and business engagements in advance
    • Keep follow-ups active and ensure important matters are not neglected
    • Support client coordination and help keep conversations moving professionally
    • Prepare the Executive Director for meetings, inspections, and key business discussions
    • Maintain visibility on pending tasks, active matters, and business priorities
    • Keep tabs on internal teams to ensure updates, timelines, and responsibilities are properly followed through
    • Maintain organized records, documents, and business correspondence
    • Reduce administrative burden through strong coordination and structured support
    • Drive when required for business-related movement, inspections, and appointments

    Requirements

    • Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence
    • Strong organisational and follow-through ability
    • Good written and spoken communication skills
    • Professional presence and sound judgment
    • Smart, articulate, and business-minded
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Able to use macOS, iOS, and Android devices comfortably

    Media Executive / Content Creator

    Job Summary

    • Ash Properties & Constructions Ltd is seeking a smart, creative, and highly organized Media Executive / Content Creator to lead the company’s day-to-day media and content execution.
    • The ideal candidate should be able to capture, edit, organize, and publish high-quality visual content that reflects a premium real estate brand. This role is best suited for someone with strong content creation skills, good visual judgment, and the ability to work from the office daily.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Capture photo and video content for properties, site visits, office activities, and events
    • Edit videos, reels, photographs, and branded media content
    • Manage social media posting and content scheduling
    • Support simple design tasks for property and campaign materials
    • Maintain an organized media library for property and campaign assets
    • Support website content updates and basic SEO-related content tasks
    • Coordinate shoot schedules, content timelines, and deliverables with relevant teams

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    • Relevant experience in content creation, media production, or digital marketing
    • Good photography, videography, and editing skills
    • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and related platforms
    • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
    • Ability to work on-site in Ikoyi, Lagos
    • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for property shoots
