Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.

Remuneration
N35,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw doughnuts for frying and bread dough for baking.
• Prepare artisan pastries, bagels, muffins and cookies daily.
• Bake various bread varieties and fry and prepare various varieties of donuts.
• Make fresh pastries every morning including; bagels, cookies, brownies, etc.
• Assist customers with various requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through utilization of communication and personal interaction skills.
• Understand proper use of ovens, mixers, scales, and rotating product in walk-in/freezer using FIFO methods.
• Help set up a par list for inventory that way less products are wasted and used FIFO method to ensure that.
• Complete daily production records on raw and finished products
• Ensure daily task is achieved and delivered.
• Keep all tools clean and safe
• Ensure CAYGO at all times
• Teach and train the other cooking staff.
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Remuneration
N60,000 Monthly.

• Accurate sales using the point of sales Software provided
• Accurate delivery of goods sold to customer
• Cross-check the POS to ensure goods machined are the same as goods being packed for customers
• Correct reporting of sales with clear distinction of cash from check and others approved medium of payment.
• Accurate delivery of daily sales to the manager or accountant on duty
• Assist in the administration of floor staff/security
• Market and improvement of sales in whatever shelf you are assigned to cater for.
• Appropriate and timely display of products meant for sale on your assigned units
• Report goods that have less than 6 weeks to expire on your assigned shelf.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.

• Marketing and Improvement of sales in whatever shelf you are assigned to cater for.
• Appropriate and timely display of product meant for sale on your assigned units
• Compilation and timely submission of list of goods becoming due for restocking, this should be when stocks are not enough for two 2 weeks sales.
• Report of Goods that have less than 6 weeks to expire on your assigned shelf.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.
