    IT Manager (FMCG)

    Job Summary:

    • Information Technology Manager will drive an efficient utilization of Information Technology (IT) to achieve the business aspiration and transformation of the group.
    • He/ She will be pivotal to the digital transformation of our group as well as provide leadership for the IT functions and the execution of the IT Strategy

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Present reports on the group’s technology status, goals and or progress
    • Create and implement technology strategies
    • Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
    • Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services
    • Assist in recruiting, on boarding and training of all IT personnel and provide leadership
    • Supervise the networks and computer systems/devices to ensure optimal performance including undertaking an efficient software and hardware Management
    • Drive efficient Information Technology and Data Management
    • Develop and Maintain IT Policy and Standards
    • Direct and establish IT-related projects.
    • Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems.
    • Ensure that Appropriate security exist over data and IT infrastructure.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 7-10 Years cognate experience
    • 2nd Class Upper in B.Sc Computer Science , Engineering, or related disciplines.
    • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an advantage
    • Goods knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an added advantage).
    • Must have excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
    • Sound technical knowledge
    • A high level of professional and personal integrity is required.

    • Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies.

    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services and products to the market.
    • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends(mainly in fitness and combat entertainment), and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
    • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
    • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

    • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

    Product Manager (FinTech)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Interpret user research, quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions, distinguishing between user needs and user wants, and recognizing that users may not always be able to articulate their needs.
    • Create product and service roadmaps, working closely with the team’s delivery manager. Use product descriptions and iterative delivery plans to assign priorities and make informed decisions.
    • Be responsible for the entire product/service lifecycle. Continue to improve the product/service post-launch through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data, including offline data from call centres etc.
    • Plan product communication for launch and at key points during the product lifecycle.
    • Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, customer support, and external partners.
    • Manage user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product/service differentiation.
    • Implement agile development methodologies effectively to streamline product development, improve responsiveness to user needs, and ensure efficient team collaboration.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in product development and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics tools and platforms to make informed decisions. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, adjusting strategies based on real-time insights.
    • Ensure the highest quality standards for products and services by implementing rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
    • Develop comprehensive customer journey maps to visualize the end-to-end user experience. Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years product management experience, preferably with CRM or Sales Automation solutions
    • Direct experience working with Sales Automation solutions such as Sales Force, Field Assist, Bizom, Sales Diary or others
    • Technical background
    • Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features iteratively
    • Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
    • Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
